One of the options available is to go to the Referentia. The Referentia gives users a good overview of GoldMine concepts and operations. You can also access the Referentia from the Help menu.   Step 2:  Tutorials The tutorials in GoldMine Referentia contain lessons that teach skills and techniques that help you use GoldMine. Animation and video make understanding and learning the material covered quite simple. Write-ups that go along with the animation and video also help enhance understanding. There's even a built in Try It so you can practice the skills and techniques that you are learning.   Step 3:  Fast Answers The Fast Answers section of the Referentia is available as a handy reference and lookup guide when you have specific questions about GoldMine. There's a category outline, as well as a section to type in key words about the subject you are looking for. A search results section provides a convenient way to see subjects that match your key words.   Step 4:  Concepts The concept section provides a good resource for helping you understand broad topics and terminology used in GoldMine. When you select a concept from the outline on the left hand of the screen you'll see a text explanation on the right. Above the text is a Video button you can click to see an animation of what is being discussed.
