Step 1:  Access the Design Gallery

Open a Report
Make sure the image is not selected by clicking outside of it. Click Insert on the menu, and then click Design Gallery Object. This will give you access to the design gallery. Access the Your Objects tab.
  Step 2:  Define Your Categories

Open a Report
You will want to store the objects (drawings) you create in categories. To do this, click Options and then click Edit Categories. Click New to add a category. Select an appropriate name for the category and click OK. Add additional categories if you would like. Click Close when you are finished. Close the Design Gallery for now by clicking Close on the window.
Step 3:  Add in Your Design

Open a Report
Single-click your drawing on the document window to select it. Click Insert and then click Add Selection to Design Gallery. Click the down arrow after category to select the best category for your drawing. Where it says Object Name, type the name for the picture. Click OK when you are finished.
  Step 4:  Close the File

Open a Report
Click File and click Close. The file you have just created has this piece of "clipart" now accessible through the design gallery.
