Launching the Wizard

  Step 1:  Choosing the Wizard

Open a Report
PowerPoint opens with four choices. Choose AutoContent Wizard by putting a checkmark into the AutoContent Wizard box.
  Step 2:  Starting the Wizard

Open a Report
The wizard screen launches with a brief explanation of what the wizard does. Notice the left side of the screen. The start button is green. The green button changes to reflect the current progress. It is similar to a traffic light. Click next.
  Step 3:  Use/Dismiss the Assistant

Open a Report
Decide whether you want step-by-step help from the Office Assistant. To maintain the Office Assistant, click yes. The Office Assistant continues to follow you throughout your work. Click no to dismiss him. You can always bring him back later.
  Step 4:  Viewing Template Choices

Open a Report
There are several radio buttons on each side of the screen. Click All to scroll through and explore various outline choices.
