  Step 1:  Reason

Open a Report
The Literature Fulfillment Center is designed to provide an easy to use centralized location where you can send everything from price lists to product specs to prospects and customers. To access the Center, select Literature Center from the View Menu. The tree-view on the left shows information on the literature list, queued documents, literature requests, and printed documents.
  Step 2:  Building the Lit

Open a Report
The Center supports outputting to stock, printer, and fax. Stock is pre-made lit already printed so there's no document on the computer associated with it. Outputting to printer or fax will associate a particular literature piece with a document on the computer. Lit is also organized by type, so, you may have a collection of lit for prices and a collection for product specifications. Select the New icon in the toolbar or right-click on Literature List and select new to create a new piece of literature.
  Step 3:  Scheduling

Open a Report
A sales person often has support for clerical functions like literature fulfillment; the sales person can just schedule a literature fulfillment request for another user to fulfill. There's a new activity, literature request, available from the schedule menu, which allows the sales person to select the literature that needs to be mailed out and to whom the request should be scheduled.
  Step 4:  Fulfilling

Open a Report
After someone has scheduled a literature request for a user, that user then needs to fulfill the request. Once in the Literature Fulfillment Center, a user will make sure their name is selected from the user list and then go to Literature Requests for a chosen time period (Today and Prior, This Week, etc.) to see the literature that needs to go out. The user can then fulfill the literature request or reject it if a type of literature is out of stock.
