  Step 1:  Opening Sounds

Open a Report
Click insert. Scroll to movies and sounds. Click sounds from gallery.
  Step 2:  Selecting a Category

Open a Report
Scroll to view the categories. When you find a category that interests you, click to open
  Step 3:  Inserting a Sound

Open a Report
The volume icon represents the available sounds. Scroll slowly and the screen tips will give a brief description of the sound. When you want to insert a sound, click it.
  Step 4:  How to Size Sounds

Open a Report
Sound are sized the same as other graphics. Click the icon. Drag in to make it smaller and out to make it larger.
  Step 5:  Selecting Play Settings

Open a Report
Highlight the sound icon. Click slide show and click custom animation. Click the sound options radio button for additional sound options.
  Step 6:  Setting Animation Order

Open a Report
Repeat the above process to select another sound, and a word, or other item. Select custom animation from the menu. Highlight the media and use the up or down arrow to set when your sound plays. The higher up in the selection box, the sooner it loads. Click ok.
