  Step 1:  Tray Location and Icon

Open a Report
The Norton Tray Manager is located in the system tray. The system tray is located at the bottom of the screen on the right hand side. It is the section that includes the time in it. The icon looks like a green triangle with a blue "N" in front of it.
  Step 2:  Tray Window

Open a Report
When you put your cursor over the Tray Manager icon, a little window will be displayed directly above it. In this window will be an icon for each of the applications that you marked to be started when the computer turns on.
  Step 3:  Right Click

Open a Report
If you right-click the Tray Manager icon, you'll get a menu with one item that is Ungroup icons. If you choose this, the icons will be taken out of their window and all of them will then be put into the system tray.
  Step 4:  Status and Open

Open a Report
In the Tray Manager window, if you put your cursor over an icon, you'll see if that particular application is enabled or disabled. Also, if you want to start the application you can click it and it will come up.
