Step 1:  Restart and Reset Start

Restart the PC, if necessary. When Windows loads, click the Start button, point to Settings, and then to Taskbar. Choose the Start Menu Programs tab, and click the Advanced button.
  Step 2:  Choose Programs Folder

Open a Report
Choose the Programs folder, and then double-click the Startup folder. Drag the icon of your choice representing a program from the Startup folder into the Programs folder, which removes the program whose icon you dragged from Startup.
  Step 3:  Restart and Check

Once you remove one program, go to Windows Start again, and choose Shutdown, and then Restart. Click OK. As the system restarts, the registry notes the change and the program you just removed from Startup should no longer be available. Check to ensure this is the case.
  Step 4:  Repeat, As Needed

Open a Report
Repeat steps two and three removing one program each time you restart the system until you've removed all undesired programs from Startup. Restarting between each change isn't technically necessary, but gives the Registry a better chance to refresh the changes you make.
