  Step 1:  Open Block List

Open a Report
Select "User's Block List" from the Security menu. Select "Words and Phrases."
  Step 2:  Add an Entry

Open a Report
Select "Add" from the Activities window to add a keyword to the list.
  Step 3:  Enter Exact Words

Open a Report
Insert the words, or parts of any words, into the block list.
  Step 4:  Save List

Open a Report
Save the keyword list by clicking on the "Save" icon.
