Select "Words and Phrases."   Step 2:  Add an Entry Select "Add" from the Activities window to add a keyword to the list.   Step 3:  Enter Exact Words Insert the words, or parts of any words, into the block list.   Step 4:  Save List Save the keyword list by clicking on the "Save" icon.
