  Step 1:  Go to the Menu

Open a Report
From the "Tools" window, select "Advanced Organizer."
  Step 2:  Import Photographs

Open a Report
Follow the Import Photographs wizard to add photos to the Organizer.
  Step 3:  View Photographs

Open a Report
You can view your imported photographs in a variety of methods. From here, you can also import, delete, create, and send Organizer photo files.
  Step 4:  Switch Views

Open a Report
Click on any of the four tabs near the bottom of the screen to change the way photos and information are displayed.
  Step 5:  Notice the Information

Open a Report
The text information you entered when you imported your photo via the wizard is "attached" to the photo file. This way, you may easily organize and search for your photos.
  Step 6:  Alter the Photo

Open a Report
From the "Action" menu, select "Modify" and then the action you wish to perform. Note that you may resize, crop, rotate, etc. your photos as you did in Print Shop.
  Step 7:  Send the Photo to Print Shop

Open a Report
To use a photo from the Organizer in Print Shop, you must "send" it. From the "Action" menu, select "The Print Shop 10." Your photo will then appear in your current Print Shop project.
