  Step 1:  Disconnect Unused Ones

A short-term solution is to disconnect USB devices you aren't using all the time. Whenever they're plugged in, they're consuming some power. Part of the ease of USB devices is that you can both add and remove them while the PC is up and running. Your PC should be able to detect the change.
  Step 2:  Obtain Powered Hub

A USB hub allows you to install more than the two USB devices currently allowed to connect to the two USB ports usually found on modern PCs. A powered hub provides a power source for USB devices when you have exhausted the PC's power resources. Locate a powered hub for sale through an online search engine or visit your local PC store.
  Step 3:  Install USB Hub

Follow the instructions provided with your USB hub to install it. Often, this involves simply plugging the hub into one of your existing USB ports, and then the power adapter into a power source like a wall outlet or surge suppressor. Sometimes, you also need to run software packed with the hub.
Step 4:  Install USB Devices into Hub

Install your USB devices into the USB ports made available by the hub. The majority of hubs have at least four ports. Your power problems with USB devices should be resolved.
