| If your IDE Zip drive is not working correctly. Verify the IDE connection. |

| Go to Start, click Shut Down, and choose Shut Down the System. Shut off the computer at the switch. |

| Remove the cover of the computer. Place the screws in a place where you can find them. Be sure that you are properly grounded before placing your hands inside the case. |

| Make sure that the data and power cables are connected properly and snuggly at both the drive side and the system board end. |
 |
 |
|

| Put the cover back on the computer, making sure that no cables or wires are pinched between the frame and the cover. Restart the system. |

| If there is still trouble with the IDE internal Zip drive, contact IOMEGA for further information. |
