  Step 1:  Start First Aid

Open a Report
From Office, click First Aid. If you know the exact program that you want, you can click the Start button, then Programs, then First Aid, and then First Aid.
  Step 2:  Check Regularly

Open a Report
Run Checkup on a regular basis to make sure that your computer hasn't come up with any more problems since the last scan. It's best to catch problems early on before they become major problems.
  Step 3:  Turn On Guardian

Open a Report
Guardian will continually watch your computer for system crashes and tell you about problems when they happen. It'll even help you fix those problems at that time.
  Step 4:  Remove Unnecessary Files

Open a Report
Unnecessary files take up much needed space on your hard drive and could possibly cause problems if more than one copy of each file exists at different places on your computer. Regularly scan for these files and delete those that you don't need anymore.
