Step 1:  Check Your Commands Menu

Open a Report
Every command you record is placed at the bottom of the Commands menu. To remove this entry, or make any alterations to it, you must Edit the menu. You can do this either through the Edit the Command List menu option, or through direct manipulation of the menu.xml document that controls the menus used within Dreamweaver.
Step 2:  Edit the Command List

Open a Report
If you have added to many commands to your Command menu, or you have some commands that have been superseded by newer ones, you will need to edit your command list. You can also use this list to sort the order of the commands that appear on your menu.
  Step 3:  Get More Commands

Open a Report
On the Command menu is the option to Get More Commands. This option allows you to log into the Macromedia Dreamweaver Web site and download additional commands that other Dreamweaver users and developers have created.
