Step 1:  Find the General Preferences

Open a Report
Before you create any MP3s, RealJukebox must be configured. We'll only cover settings related to creating MP3s in these tutorials. Open up the Preferences window from the Options menu. Click on the tab labeled "General".
  Step 2:  Auto-Play CDs

Open a Report
Select "Start playing the CD" to instruct RealJukebox to begin playing a CD as soon as it is inserted in your CD-ROM drive.
  Step 3:  Auto-Record CDs

Open a Report
Mark the "Start recording the CD" option if you want RealJukebox to begin converting a CD to MP3s as soon as you insert it into the CD-ROM drive.
  Step 4:  Play While Recording

Open a Report
Check the "Start Playback with Record" option if you want RealJukebox to play the CD tracks as they're being converted to MP3 when you press the Record button. If you want the same thing to happen when you insert a CD, select both of the previous options.
