  Step 1:  Personal Info Advantage

Additional subjective information can be added to greatly increase your enjoyment of the music. Ratings and classification are just two of the areas you can add that are used in playback scenarios.
  Step 2:  Setting the Genre

Although CDDB will put a genre in, the areas are quite broad; you may want to make the classification more accurate. Right click on the song you wish to alter and select "edit track tag".
Step 3:  A Cavalcade of Genres

Music Match has over 19 categories of genre ranging from avant-garde to tribal. Simply select the genre tab and choose the most appropriate category.
  Step 4:  Select a Tempo

The tempo of a song can range from fast to slow and everything in between. Choose the tempo which best fits the song.
  Step 5:  Choose a Mood

Choose a music mood ranging from comatose to wild. This is a useful feature when using randomly selected music to fit a specific mood.
  Step 6:  Matching a Situation

Pick from one of the situations. They range from romantic to background. This is useful when choosing a mix for a particular event or setting.
Step 7:  The Ultimate Test – Preference

What do you think of this song? You can rate it and then use that category for playback at a later time when only the best will do.
  Step 8:  Embed the Classifications

Hit "Apply" to have the classifications tagged to the song. You have now increased your power in playlists a thousand fold! Next time, you will have the perfect song for your mood or situation.
