Sending Invitations

  Step 1:  Open Invitations

Open a Report
After entering the basic information into your new Meeting, click the Meeting Invitations and Reservations tab.
  Step 2:  Open Address Book

Open a Report
To the right of the box marked Invite is an icon that looks like a small open book. Click on it to open your Address Book.
  Step 3:  Adding Addresses

Open a Report
Click to the left of the names in your address book to select them. Then press Add. Finally, click on OK. A list of the e-mail addresses you selected will appear in the Invite box.
  Step 4:  Sending the Invitations

Open a Report
To send the Invitations, click on Save and Send Invitations.
