| The various pages in Money offers dozens of links. While you've probably already used some links in other tutorials, review this tutorial for a refresher on the different types of links, so you'll be more comfortable exploring Money features that you haven't yet used. The most straightforward type of link is a location link. Clicking a location link like the ones shown here display a particular page or account in Money. The mouse pointer changes to a hand when it's over a location link.

| You click a task link to start a particular task in Money. Task links typically appear in a page section whose title includes the word "task" or in the Reminders area of a page. Clicking a task link may display a dialog box so that you can make selections to perform an operation, or take you to a page where you make your first selection or otherwise start the specified task. |

| The Planning Center includes a section that has some links to online help. The mouse pointer appears as a hand when over one of these links, but clicking the link opens the Money Help window at the right side of the Money screen. Review the help information, then click the Close (X) button to close the Money Help window.

| The last type of link to be aware of is an Internet link. When you move the mouse pointer over an Internet link, the mouse pointer includes a small globe. Internet links also can be identified with a globe icon on the Money page. When you click an Internet link, you may be prompted to connect to the Internet. Click Connect to do so. At that point, Money either downloads the specified information and informs you when the download finishes, or displays the linked Web page. |
