  Step 1:  Open Print Preview

Open a Report
Click away from the selected cells and then click the Print Preview button on the toolbar to display a copy of the spreadsheet in the Print Preview screen.
  Step 2:  View the Preview Screen

Open a Report
Here's how the spreadsheet appears in the Print Preview screen. You decide to increase the width of the Notes column and then print the spreadsheet in Landscape orientation.
  Step 3:  Increase Column Width

Open a Report
Click Cancel to return to the spreadsheet, then drag the column divider between columns G and H to increase the width of column G as shown.
  Step 4:  Open Page Setup

Open a Report
Click File on the menu bar, then click Page Setup.
  Step 5:  Select Orientation

Open a Report
Click the Source, Size & Orientation tab in the Page Setup dialog box and then select the Landscape orientation as shown. Click OK to exit the dialog box.
  Step 6:  Check Labels

Open a Report
If necessary, check to make sure that all the labels use the same font and font size. If a label is different, apply the same font and font size to it as is applied to the neighboring labels. The default font style for the labels in the Monthly Budget worksheet is Tahoma 9 pt.
  Step 7:  Print a Copy

Open a Report
Click the Print button on the toolbar to print a copy of the spreadsheet.
  Step 8:  Print the Chart

Open a Report
Click Window on the menu bar, click Unsaved chart, then click the Print button to print a copy of the chart.
  Step 9:  Close the Chart

Open a Report
You decide not to print a copy of the chart since you can always create a new one. Click the Close button in the top right corner of the Chart window to return to the window containing your monthly budget.
