  Step 1:  Launch Works

Open a Report
Launch Microsoft Works, click Programs, then click Works Spreadsheet in the list of programs.
  Step 2:  Select Financial Worksheets

Open a Report
Click Financial worksheets in the list of spreadsheet projects.
  Step 3:  Start the Project

Open a Report
Click Start to open the Works Financial Worksheets Wizard dialog box.
  Step 4:  Select Monthly Budget

Open a Report
Click the Monthly Budget worksheet as shown.
  Step 5:  Show the Worksheet

Open a Report
Click Finish to load the worksheet into the Spreadsheet program.
  Step 6:  Close Help

Open a Report
Click the Close button in the top right corner of the Help screen as shown to remove the Help screen and fill the window with the Monthly Budget worksheet.
