  Step 1:  Go to MSN HomeAdvisor

Open a Report
In your browser, type homeadvisor.msn.com and press Enter. You see the home page for this site. Click the link for Offer & Closing and then in the navigation bar along the left, click Inspecting the House. You see the topics for inspecting the house.
  Step 2:  View Top Ten

Open a Report
To view the Top 10 problems, click Inspector's Top 10. You can view a list of the most common problems, as well as solutions.
  Step 3:  View Disclosure Information

Open a Report
To view disclosure information, click the Back button and then click the link for Defects and Disclosures. You can review this information.
  Step 4:  Look Up Defect

Open a Report
You can look up a particular defect by clicking the Back button and then using the search tool at the top of the Inspecting the House page. Type the defect and click the Go button. You see a definition, here of termites.
