| If you need to play your slide show on another computer besides your own, you can use the Show on the Go feature, which saves the file as a runtime file. To save the presentation as a runtime file, open the File menu and choose Show on the Go, or click the Show on the Go button on the Property Bar. This opens the Show on the Go dialog box. |

| The dialog box presents summary information about where the file will be saved to. Click the Change button. |

| From the available options, choose where you want your show on the go saved to. For example, you can save it to a floppy disk in Drive A. Click Next to continue. |

| The next dialog box lets you choose a type of operating system to run the show on. Make your selection and click Next. |

| In the final box, choose a display mode and click Finish. |

| Click Create and Presentations goes about storing the file in the appropriate manner on the appropriate storage device. When you're ready to play the show, open the Windows Start menu, choose Run, and type the drive and name of the presentation. |
