  Step 1:  Open the View Menu

Open a Report
You can use the QuickShow feature to create a version of the presentation that runs through the show very quickly. This feature can be useful in testing your show. Open the View menu and choose Play Slide Show or click the Play Slide Show button on the Property Bar. This opens the Play Slide Show dialog box.
  Step 2:  Activate QuickShow

Open a Report
Click the Create QuickShow button. The presentation is formatted as bitmap images.
  Step 3:  Enable the QuickShow File

Open a Report
Make sure the Use QuickShow File check box is selected. To text the format, click the Play button or click OK to exit the dialog box.
