  Step 1:  Manually Advance

Open a Report
If you set your show to run manually, you as the presenter must tell Presentations when to advance each slide. You can do this with a press of the Spacebar or a click of the mouse button anywhere on the slide that's showing.
  Step 2:  Go Back a Slide

Open a Report
To return to the previous slide, press the PgUp key on the keyboard.
  Step 3:  Use the QuickMenu

Open a Report
You can right-click on a slide to display a QuickMenu of commands you can choose from.
  Step 4:  Control the Sound Volume

Open a Report
If you suddenly notice the sound clips or CD music is too loud, press the minus key on the keyboard's numeric keypad to turn it down, or prss the plus key to turn the volume up.
  Step 5:  Write on a Slide

Open a Report
You can pause the show and draw on a slide using the Highlighter tool. When the show is running, the mouse pointer acts as a pen. You can press and hold the left mouse button and draw or write on the slide.
  Step 6:  Exit the Show

Open a Report
To stop the show at any time, press the Esc key.
