  Step 1:  Find Picture Gallery

Open a Report
Click on the file menu.
  Step 2:  Pick a folder

Open a Report
In order to view multiple pictures, you must select a folder with graphic files in them. When you do, just click open gallery and the files open.
  Step 3:  Email One of Your Pictures

Open a Report
Open the mail program. Move the mouse over the picture you want. Drag the mouse to the mail program. Click yes if asked to resize the image so it fits properly in the mail window. The then picture inserts.
  Step 4:  Edit the picture

Open a Report
Click on a picture to open up the edit window. From here you can manipulate the photo.
