  Step 1:  Activate Print Preview

Open a Report
Don't waste paper; preview your spreadsheet before printing it out. The Preview window lets you see how things will look on a printed page. From here you can double-check margins, fit, and the overall appearance of the data. To preview a spreadsheet, open the File menu and choose Print Preview. This opens the spreadsheet in Preview mode.
  Step 2:  Examine the Data

Open a Report
Check your work over. To zoom in for a closer look, click the magnification buttons on the toolbar.
  Step 3:  Exit Print Preview

Open a Report
To return to the worksheet, click the exit button on the toolbar.
