  Step 1:  Press Power

Open a Report
Press the Power button to start your Visor. If you are on the go and don't have time to pull out the stylus, you can view most of the information on your Visor by pressing a hardware button.
  Step 2:  Make a Date

Open a Report
Press the Calendar button. The most recent view of the calendar appears onscreen. Press the Up and Down buttons to scroll through your calendar view.
  Step 3:  Press the Address Book Button

Open a Report
Press the Address Book button to view a list of phone numbers or email addresses.
  Step 4:  Check a List

Open a Report
Press the To Do List button to read the most recent view from your To Do list. Press the To Do List button again scrolls through each To Do List item by category.
  Step 5:  Read Memos

Open a Report
Press the Memo button to view your most recent memo, or press the memo button several times to scroll through each of your memos.
  Step 6:  Use the Backlight

Open a Report
Press and hold down the Power button for a few seconds to activate the backlighting for your Visor screen. The screen should invert the colors of the background and text when backlighting is on.
  Step 7:  Sync With a Computer

Open a Report
Dock your Visor in its cradle, connect the USB cable to a computer, and press the Hot Sync button to backup and synchronize the information on both machines.
