| Click the Text Frame Tool and then drag the mouse to create a text box in column 2 as shown. |

| Click the frame in column 1 and then click the Connect Text Frames button. |

| A cute little jug icon appears when you move your mouse over the new blank frame as shown. When you click this icon, the text will flow from the first frame into the second frame. |

| Here's how the two text frames appear now that the extra text in the column 1 frame has flowed into the frame inserted in column 2. |

| Press [Ctrl][A] to select all the text in both frames. |
 |
 |

| Click the Style list arrow on the Formatting toolbar as shown, then click Brochure Text Style to apply this style to all the selected text. |

| Click away from the selected text and then click the Zoom In button until 100% appears in the Zoom text box so that you can clearly see the formatted text. |
