Change the Font

 | | From the Database window click Tables in the Objects bar. Select the table you want to work with and click the Open button on the toolbar. The table opens in Datasheet view.

 | | You can change the font that is used to display and print the table data. To make changes to the default font, choose Format, Font.

 | | The Font dialog box displays, as shown in this figure. You can change the font, by selecting the name of the desired font from the Font list. Notice that the Sample box displays the font for you. You can change the Font Style and the Font Size by selecting those options. Access also allows you underline the data and to change the color. After making your selections, notice that all the data in the table has been changed to your new specifications. |  |  | | 

 | | To save the changes you have made to the Datasheet, choose File, Save or click the Save button, or you can click the Close button on the Table window, and Access will ask you if you want to save the changes.
