Printing A Page or Two

 | | When you have a 275-page document on your hands, you don't have to print the whole thing if you need only a few pages or even one page. All top-of-line word processors give you the ability to print selectively.

 | | Want to print a single page in the middle of your document?
Open your document and scroll down until you see the page number displayed in the Status Bar on the bottom of your screen. The Status Bar is the one right above the Windows Task Bar.

 | | Click on File, then Print for the Print properties Window to Open.
In Word, look for the Page Range section, then enter the number of the page you want to print.
In WordPerfect, click on the circle next to Print Pages, then enter the page number in the appropriate box.

 | | To print several consecutive pages, click on File, then Print.
In Word look in the Page Range section, enter the numbers of the pages you want to print, separated by commas.
In WordPerfect, click on the circle next to Multiple Pages, then enter the numbers of the pages you want to print.
