| Sometimes the Office Assistant can't give you all the information you need-particularly if you want to troubleshoot what appears to be a problem with the program. Perhaps you want information about a program add-on that the Assistant doesn't know anything. |

| Getting help from the Internet begins the same way as getting information from the Office Assistant: Display the Office Assistant by choosing Help, Microsoft Outlook Help from the menu bar. |

| Type your question in the yellow thought balloon, which appears over the assistant's head; click the Search button. Be as detailed as possible in your query. |

| Look for a topic in the list the assistant displays. Click the See More arrow if it's available to display more answer topics. |

| If none of the assistant's suggested Help topics are what you need, look for the None of the Above, Look for More Help on the Web entry. Click this item. |

| You can send a short note to Microsoft Technical Support about your problem. Enter the note and click the Send and Go to the Web button. Your Web browser will launch and take you to Microsoft's Knowledge Base Web site. |

| Microsoft displays all the articles in its Knowledge Base that appear to match your query topic. Scroll through the Web page to locate an article that meets your needs. Click the article to load it into your browser and read it. |
