  Step 1:  Open Address Book

Open a Report
Address Book is officially part of the Outlook Express package. Its role is to keep track of email addresses for your online correspondence. Address Book is also available as an independent program that you can run directly from the Start menu. To open Address Book from the Start menu, choose Programs, Internet Explorer, and then click Address Book. The main Address Book window displays a list of all the people currently stored in your file.
Step 2:  Add a New Contact

Open a Report
Click the New Contact button in the Address Book window to add a new entry to Address Book. In the Personal tab of the ensuing Properties dialog box, enter the name and email address for this entry. Click the Add button to confirm the address.
Step 3:  Enter the Person's Home Address

Open a Report
Click the Home tab and enter the person's home address. Notice that you can enter three phone numbers, in text boxes labeled Phone, Fax, and Cellular. Optionally, select Female or Male in the Gender box.
