Step 1:  Go to "Picture Tab"

Open a Report
Since your photo is on your computer and not on ICQ's network, you've got to be online for anyone to see it. But there are some permissions you can set yourself. To get to the "Pictures" tab, click the "ICQ" button, choose "Add/Change Current User," "View/Change My Details," and click the "Picture" tab.
  Step 2:  Choose Photo Settings

Open a Report
Choose the conditions for your photo availability under the "Picture Privacy Settings." Choose "Auto Send to Users on My List" to allow people on your Contact List to get your photo when you're online. Choose "Auto Send to All Users" to let people who have put your name on their Contact List to download your photo without your permission.
  Step 3:  More Choices

Open a Report
Choose "Show Request" if you want everyone to ask permission to obtain your photo. (Look at "More Photo Requests" for more on this.) Check "Don't Have Any Picture (Auto Decline) if you want to make your photo unavailable. Your picture settings will stay the same in case you want to make your photo available again.
Step 4:  Click "Save" and "Done"

Open a Report
Click "Save" and "Done" to set your photo availability.
