Editing Appointments
Tutorial Home >Software >Office >Lotus Organizer 6.0 >How do I edit or make changes to my organizer in Lotus Organizer? Tutorial Home >Software >Office >Lotus Organizer 6.0 >Scheduling Appointments >Editing Appointments | |

 | | Remember the old-style booklet organizers? Remember what you had to do when you needed to make a change – cross of entries, erase items, and basically make a mess of your calendar! This no longer happens, thanks to Lotus Organizer. Now you can make changes to your schedule without destroying your date page or booklet! If other people are affected by the change (if others were invited), they too will be notified of the change to the appointment. | | | |

 | | Change to the date of the appointment you need to modify. Right click the appointment you need to change – this selects it. | | | |

 | | Click Edit Appointment on the list of choices that appear. Make the needed changes, whether they be to date, time, duration, or description. Click OK to make the change. Note that if the "warn of conflicts" box is checked (which I always keep checked), you will be told of scheduling conflicts when you try to make the change. | | | |

 | | If other people are effected by the change you made, they will be notified via e-mail of the changes. After making the change, you will be prompted to connect to the Internet if you are not already online. | |
