Step 1:  Purpose of Finding Time

Open a Report
Did you ever have trouble trying to fit something in to your busy schedule? Organizer can help! When scheduling that "hard to find time" appointment, you can have Organizer search through your schedule to find a time slot the size you need.
  Step 2:  Create the Appointment

Open a Report
Click Create on the menu. Now click Appointment. Try to schedule a meeting that is 1 hour in length on a day that already has appointments listed. Describe the meeting and list the category.
Step 3:  Indicate the Search Time

Open a Report
In the space for time, indicate the earliest time for which you want the meeting scheduled (don't worry if something else is scheduled for that time – Organizer will figure it out for you!).
  Step 4:  Find the Time

Open a Report
Click the Find Time button that appears on the Create Appointment window. Organizer will begin working through your schedule to find a block of time that is the length (one hour) you specified. The first available time block will appear. You can click OK to accept the time found or you can click Find Time to see if a later time is available. Finding time in your schedule is a snap with Organizer!
