 | | There are three Document Viewing Options. These options are distinct from the Zooming options explained in the next tutorial. When viewing your document, you are able to view it at actual size, so that the document fits in the window and you can see the entire layout, or view the entire pasteboard at once | | | |

 | | When Actual Size is chosen, PageMaker zooms in on your document so the words, graphics, and objects all appear at the size they will on the paper. When working with small font sizes, actual size is a great way to type text, so you can see it clearly and make sure it is being inputted correctly. To view your document at Actual Size, right click anywhere in the document window to open the Options menu. Scroll down to Actual Size and click on it. | | | |

 | | Fit in Window is probably the most used Viewing Option. When Fit in Window is chosen, PageMaker centers your document in the window and at a size that the current page (or current facing pages) is seen in its entirety. Some of the Pasteboard is also visible. Fit in Window is good for placing blocks of text, graphics, and objects. To view your document at Fit in Window, right click anywhere in the document window to open the Options menu. Scroll down to Fit in Window and click on it. | | | |

 | | When Entire Pasteboard is chosen, PageMaker zooms all the way out so you can see the entirety of the pasteboard. Your document appears as a small box in the center of the board. Entire Pasteboard is good for letting you see blocks of text, graphics, and objects you have stored on the Pasteboard and may have lost track of. To view your document at Entire Pasteboard, right click anywhere in the document window to open the Options menu. Scroll down to Entire Pasteboard and click on it. | |
