Step 1:  Select the Polygon Tool

Open a Report
Click on the polygon tool in the Toolbox to select it. The cursor will become a crosshair.
Step 2:  Create a Start Point

Click (do not drag) on your document to create a starting point for the manual polygon.
  Step 3:  Draw the Polygon

Open a Report
Move your cursor to the next point on your polygon. A line appears as you draw. To create another point on your polygon, click the mouse where you want the point to appear.
  Step 4:  Finishing the Polygon

Open a Report
Continue to move and click until you have closed the polygon. When the polygon is closed, it will appear as selected, with sizing handles around it, creating an imaginary square.
