| From the Dialog Box you are given the opportunity to change the way text wraps around the object. The Flow option lets you choose how you want the text to lay around the object. Once you have chosen your Wrap and Flow, click OK. The object you selected now appears not only with sizing handles, but a dotted box around it. The box represents the standoff, or the distance between the object and the text. You can adjust the standoff in the Text Wrap Dialog Box. |

 |
| If you want to fine tune the way your text wraps around the graphic, the standoff can be adjusted by clicking on one of standoff sizing handles and dragging the standoff line to the new width or angle you would like. This feature allows you to stagger text around an object rather than have the flow appear as a perfect square. This can be very useful when dealing with objects of a more circular appearance. |
