  Step 1:  Viewing the Mail Bookmark

Open a Report
Hover your mouse over the Mail bookmark (the first icon within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses your Mail database.
  Step 2:  Viewing Calendar Bookmark

Hover your mouse over the Calendar bookmark (the second icon within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses your Calendar database.
  Step 3:  Viewing Address Bookmark

Hover your mouse over the Address Book bookmark (the third icon within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses your Address Book database.
  Step 4:  Viewing To Do Bookmark

Hover your mouse over the To Do bookmark (the fourth icon within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses your To Do database.
  Step 5:  Viewing Replicator Bookmark

Hover your mouse over the Replicator bookmark (the fifth icon within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses your Replicator database.
  Step 6:  Viewing Databases Bookmark

Hover your mouse over the Databases bookmark (the sixth icon within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses a list of your databases.
  Step 7:  Viewing Favorite Bookmarks

Hover your mouse over the Favorite Bookmarks bookmark (the seventh icon within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses a list of your favorite bookmarks.
  Step 8:  Viewing Web Link Bookmarks

Open a Report
Hover your mouse over the Internet Explorer Links and Netscape Links Bookmarks (the eighth and ninth icons within the Bookmark bar). A single click accesses a list of your favorite bookmarks by each web browser application.
