| Click on Be a Host button on the Action Bar. |

| Right click a host connection item that uses the modem or network connection device that you want to use for this session. Now select choose Call remote from the pop-up menu. |

| A status box appears on your screen, telling you that pcAnywhere is dialing the remote. When the status box disappears from your screen you have been in successful in making a connection. |

| Right click the Host Waiting Icon on the Windows desktop. Then select pcAnywhere from the menu, than File Transfer |

| A pop-up window appears on your screen. Select the options that you wish to use during the file transfer. |

| There are two ways to end a session. You can do one of the following; Do one of the following: Click Rem Ctrl in the File Manager action bar or you can choose Close from the File menu. The File Manager window closes and you are returned to the remote control session with the host PC. |
