  Step 1:  Explore Bank One

Open a Report
Bank One (www.bankone.com) is another established bank with a strong Web presence. It offers online account access, bill payment, and electronic billing (bill presentment).
  Step 2:  Access Your Account

You can view account information for any Bank One account—checking, savings, credit card, CD, loan, or line of credit. If you use Quicken, Microsoft Money, or Managing Your Money software, you can download account details into any of these programs.
  Step 3:  Pay Your Bills

Bank One charges $4.95 to pay bills online, but this fee is waived for the first month to enable you to test the service. The bank offers a payment guarantee that it will pay up to $50 in late fees that resulted from a problem with the online bill payment service.
  Step 4:  Get Electronic Bills

Bank One's Electronic Billing service enables you to both receive and pay your bills online. It's free with online bill payment. Note that not every payee can present your bills electronically, although many credit card and utility companies do participate.
