Printing an Index Print

  Step 1:  Print

Open a Report
Click Print on the Workbench.
  Step 2:  Print Index Print

Open a Report
Click Print Index Print on the list of choices that appear.
  Step 3:  Location of Pictures

Open a Report
Specify the location of the pictures you want to print (on my computer, in this case).
  Step 4:  Select Pictures

Open a Report
Hold the Ctrl (control) key down and click each picture that you want to include in the index print. Click Next when you are finished.
  Step 5:  Specify Name & Printer

Open a Report
Decide if you want the names of the pictures printed on the images, and click your choice. Specify your printer. Click Next when you are ready to continue.
  Step 6:  Final Preparation

Open a Report
Specify the number of copies you want to print. Click print when you are ready.
