  Step 1:  Configure Protocols

Open a Report
You cannot configure any of the other protocols. They should have been setup and configured by your Network Administrator.
  Step 2:  Which Protocol?

Open a Report
If you are unsure as to which protocol to use, contact your Network Administrator, or your Internet Service Provider to see which one they would recommend to get the best connection.
  Step 3:  Picture Tel Live Share

Open a Report
If you intend to use Picture Tel Live Share, you must place a checkmark in the box next to that option. Immediately more protocols will be added to your protocol list.
  Step 4:  Additional Protocols

Open a Report
The additional protocols that are on your screen relate to Picture Tel Live Share networks. Contact the people who are using this that you want to communicate with to see what protocol they are using. Then match yours up to that. By doing this, you will be able to communicate with the people you want to.
