Step 1:  Are Speakers Turned On?

Open a Report
Check your speakers to see if they have an On/Off switch, button, or dial. Make certain this is in the "on" position.
  Step 2:  Check Power Connections

Open a Report
If the speakers are powered (meaning, they have an external power source that plugs into an outlet), make certain the connection between the outlet and the speakers is secure. If possible, plug the speaker power adapter into another outlet.
Step 3:  Any Other Items Powerless?

Open a Report
Check to see if anything else plugged into the same wall outlet or power strip does not have power. If so, the problem is likely other than the speakers or its power supply
  Step 4:  Check Speaker Wires

Open a Report
Check all wires running to and from the speakers to make certain none are damaged, crimped, or knotted. If so, try to set right.
Step 5:  Try Different Power Adapter

If possible, replace the power adapter running from the speakers to the outlet with one of the same type. If this works, the problem is with the power adapter or cord.
