  Step 1:  Opening a Database

Open a Report
Click on File in the Menu bar, choose Database, then click on Open (Ctrl + O). Double-click on the desired database to open it. You can also open a database from the Database bookmark button.
  Step 2:  Locating a Folder

Find the folder that you want to remove documents from.
  Step 3:  Selecting the Folder

Open a Report
Click once on the folder in the Navigation pane. The folder will open revealing a list of documents in the View pane.
  Step 4:  Removing a Document

Open a Report
To remove a document from a database folder, right-click on the document with your mouse and release. From the shortcut menu, choose Clear.
  Step 5:  Viewing the Results

Open a Report
A trashcan icon appears in the "marking" column to the left of the document you want to remove. The document will not be removed until you refresh or close the database.
  Step 6:  Refreshing a Database

Open a Report
To refresh your database window, click on the Refresh button (or press F9).
  Step 7:  Confirming the Deletion

Open a Report
To confirm removing the document from your folder, click Yes (or press Enter) to the Lotus Notes confirmation.
  Step 8:  Viewing the Results

Open a Report
After you confirmed the deletion, the document is now removed from the folder.
