 | | By saving the reprint sheet in a separate file, you avoid having to repeat the setup process. This saves times for reprints you may need to use frequently, such as your business card or mailing labels. To start saving the current reprint page, choose File, Save; press Ctrl+S; or click the Save button on the toolbar. The Save As dialog box appears. | | | |

 | | By default, the Save As dialog box suggests that you save the picture in the default \My Documents\My Pictures folder. To navigate to another folder, open the Save In drop-down list. Click the icon for the disk where you'd like to save the file. The folders on the disk appear in a list in the Save As dialog box. Double-click folder icons as needed to navigate to the proper folder. Click the Up One Level button to back up to a higher folder. | | | |

 | | Drag over the contents of the File Name text box to select them. Then, type the name you want to use for the reprint sheet file. | | | |

 | | Click the Save button in the Save As dialog box to finish the Save. From this point, you can close, reopen, and reprint the reprint sheet file as needed, just as you would any other picture file. | |
