  Step 1:  Editing the Document

Open a Report
Open the document where your hotspot exists. Click on the Edit Document button from the Action bar to place the document into Edit mode.
  Step 2:  Finding and Selecting

Open a Report
Locate the Hotspot button in the document you want to edit When you find it, right-click on the button and release your mouse. Choose the Edit Button command from the shortcut menu.
  Step 3:  Editing the Actions

Open a Report
Although the Button dialog box appears, most of your Editing will take place in the programmer's window at the bottom of the screen. To edit an action, click once on the action listed and then click the Edit Action button. To delete an action, click once on the action and press the Delete key on your keyboard. To add other actions, click on the Add Action button.
  Step 4:  Closing and Saving

Open a Report
Close the Button dialog box and click anywhere in the active document to close the programmer's window and save the editing changes.
  Step 5:  Viewing the Results

Open a Report
You will need to Save the current document and return to Reading mode to view the changes and test the Hotspot button you edited.
