Step 1:  Open the File to Modify

Open a Report
Open the file "MySample1" by clicking the Open button on the standard toolbar, clicking the file "MySample1," and clicking Open.
  Step 2:  Highlight Text

Open a Report
In previous examples, you saw how to change screen background colors and also how to change text colors. In this example, you'll see how to change the style of the object that you are working with. Highlight your name (place the cursor just before your name, click & hold the left mouse button and drag through the text).
  Step 3:  Access Format Menu

Open a Report
Click Format on the Vizact menu.
  Step 4:  Select Style

Open a Report
Click Style on the Formatting submenu.
  Step 5:  Select Heading1

Open a Report
Click Heading 1 on the list of choices that appear. Arrow past your text and press the enter key. You will see the text that you have typed change into a large size because it is now considered by Vizact to be a heading. Most likely, it has changed to a font size of 24 and it appears in boldface.
  Step 6:  Experiment

Open a Report
Try experimenting with the paragraph style (this is the normal sized, default font). Also work with the other choices that you are given to see what they do.
  Step 7:  Close the File

Open a Report
Close the file when you are finished and do not save your changes (click File, click Close, and say No when asked about saving).
