  Step 1:  Locating the Toolbar

Open a Report
Most likely (unless you have moved things around on your screen!), the standard toolbar appears just below the menu.
Step 2:  File Commands on the Toolbar

Open a Report
The toolbar begins by listing the following common options: New Page (to begin a new web page), Open (to open an existing page), Save (to save a page to disk or to your hard drive), and Preview in Browser (this allows you to see what the page will look like on the web). Placing your cursor on top of any toolbar item tells you the command it represents.
  Step 3:  Toolbar Editing Commands

Open a Report
The next section of the toolbar lists commonly used editing commands. Choices include: Cut (to remove selected items), Copy (to make a duplicate of the item in memory), Paste (to place an item in memory in its new location), Delete (to permanently remove a selected item), Undo (to "cancel" the most recently performed command or step), and Redo (to "repeat" the most recently "undone" command or step).
Step 4:  Web Commands on the Toolbar

Open a Report
Commonly used web items are also available on the toolbar: you can Insert a Hyperlink, insert an Interactive Bullet, insert a Picture, insert Sound, or insert a Component (such as a menu or picture show).
Step 5:  Text Options on the Toolbar

Open a Report
You may want to Insert a Textbox or Insert a Table in your web page: both of these options are available on the Standard Toolbar.
  Step 6:  Remaining Options

Open a Report
You can Record Motion, Insert a Drawing, change the View (the appearance of the screen), display the Timeline, show Gutters (the area surrounding your page), show All Characters, and bring up Help, all by clicking these choices on the toolbar!
