Import Tags to Another File

  Step 1:  Open File to Import To

Open a Report
With the document open that contains the condition tags you to import into another file, click the Open option on the File menu. Or, press CTRL+O. Select the file that you want to import the condition tags into and then click the Open button.
  Step 2:  Select Import Formats Option

Open a Report
Be sure you are in the file you want to import the condition tags into. On the File menu, click Import, and then click the Formats option.
  Step 3:  Select File to Import From

Open a Report
On the Import from Document list, select the document that contains the condition tags you want to import. The only documents that appear in the Document list are those you currently have open.
  Step 4:  Pick Items to Import/Update

Open a Report
Select the checkbox for each item you want to import into this file. If you don't want to import a particular item, clear the checkbox. In this case, select the Conditional Text Settings checkbox and clear the other checkboxes. Once you have selected the Conditional Text Settings checkbox, click the Import button.
  Step 5:  Pick Conditional Text Option

Open a Report
In the file you imported condition tags into, click the Conditional Text option on the Special menu.
  Step 6:  Verify Tags Were Imported

Open a Report
Verify that this file contains the condition tags that were defined in the other file.
