  Step 1:  Visit Listbot

Open a Report
Type www.listbot.com into your web browser's URL window and wait for the Listbot page to load completely.
  Step 2:  Access Login Screen

Open a Report
Click the owner login button that is located near the top-right corner of the page to access the login screen.
  Step 3:  Login

Open a Report
Enter your email address in the left-most field and type your password in the right field. Click the "Log In" button and you will be transported to the List Bot control center.
  Step 4:  Access Send a Message Options

Open a Report
Click the "Send a Message" link that is located in the "Message Management" panel of the List Bot Control Center.
  Step 5:  Compose Newsletter

Open a Report
In the subject field, type the title of your newsletter. Copy your newsletter from your word processing program and paste into the "Message" field. Click the "Send Message" button and your newsletter will be sent to everyone who has signed up to receive your newsletter.
